Children's Mental Health Week 2021

The theme of this year's Children’s Mental Health Week is Express Yourself.

Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good.

Watch our Royal Patron HRH The Duchess of Cambridge's video message to mark the start of the week.

See below assemblies recorded by Miss Pitt for KS1 & KS2 and a story read by Miss Carima which will help inspire your freedom to express yourselves. .

Throughout the week, you will be taking part in lessons which allow you to express yourself and celebrate the uniqueness we all have!
