World Geography Travel Show Video Spring 1 2022

This half term our Learning Journey has focused on 'World Geography'. Every child has continued to develop their geographical skills by building on their locational, place, human and physical knowledge of our world. The children have been busy identifying key features of their location and understanding geographical similarities and differences between countries around the world. They have used a range of resources including maps, atlases and globes to locate countries and identify the key physical and human features of that location. The children have been truly immersed in their chosen area of study and have enjoyed wonderful experiences including, learning a new language, tasting exotic foods and taking part in cultural dance workshops! To celebrate the children’s fantastic geography learning, we have put together a video showcasing some of the amazing learning experiences the children have encountered and the impressive knowledge they have acquired.
