We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Head Chef & Food Educator with a passion for quality produce and nutritional development to run our school kitchen. You will have the opportunity to transform our school lunch provision to provide fresh, tasty, exciting and nutritious food for our children, staff and the local community.
You will be responsible for training and upskilling a small team of kitchen staff and developing a food led curriculum to be delivered to our children. We understand that good food can have a huge impact on a child’s development, learning and their future health – we need you to educate the children so they learn where their food comes from and how to make healthy choices!
You will have a unique opportunity to shape and deliver an entirely new vision for school food at Mitchell Brook Primary School. The right individual will have an exciting opportunity to allow their creativity to transform the meal delivery and food education of the school.

We need outstanding cleaners to join our team of cleaning staff. You will be required to provide a high standard of cleaning, maintain a clean and hygienic school environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working as a Cleaner
- Be a good team player
- NVQ Level 2 in English Language or equivalent
- The ability to communicate effectively with children and school staff orally.
- The ability to work well under pressure, motivation, enthusiasm, commitment, stamina and energy
- Ability to gain knowledge of health and safety procedures and precautions and COSHH regulations
- Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage
